At Shahbaj Online, we are committed to providing a seamless booking experience for our customers. This Transit Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding ticket delivery, changes, cancellations, and refunds for events and travel bookings.

  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive an e-ticket via email and SMS within 5–15 minutes of booking.
  • In rare cases, if an e-ticket is not received within 30 minutes, customers must contact our support team at support@shahbajonline.com or call +91 84589 82252.
  • Customers must verify ticket details and report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the ticket.
  • Event Tickets: Shahbaj Online acts as a ticketing platform and is not responsible for delays or cancellations by the event organizers.
  • Travel Bookings: Customers must comply with the carrier’s (airline, bus, train) policies regarding luggage, boarding time, and ID verification.
  • Check-in & Boarding: Customers should arrive at the departure point at least 30–60 minutes before departure. Shahbaj Online is not responsible for missed departures.
  • Event Tickets: Cancellation and refund policies depend on the organizer’s terms. If the event allows cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • Travel Tickets:
    • Airline Tickets: Refunds follow airline policies. If refundable, the amount will be credited within 7–21 working days.
    • Bus & Train Tickets: Subject to respective carrier policies. Processing time for approved refunds is 5–10 working days.
  • A processing fee of ₹50–₹500, depending on ticket type and service provider, may be deducted from refunds.
  • Customers may request modifications to their bookings (date, time, or seat) if permitted by the airline, bus operator, or event organizer.
  • Change requests must be made at least 24 hours before departure/event.
  • Modification fees apply as per the service provider’s policies.
  • In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, refunds or rescheduling will be handled based on the respective service provider’s policies.
